What I brought at Hobby Lobby This Weekend :)
I'm on my way! This pass weekend I decided to take a journey into the world of knitting. Knitting looks so cool and there are so many more wearable patterns out there for knitting.
I'll keep you posted on how it's going. Between this kit, youtube, my friends on Raverly, and knitting books from my local library, I will learn to knit!!
I'm off to cast and purl. Those are knitting terms...LOL!!!!
This kit is pretty cool!
For anyone else considering this particular kit, it includes:
- Learn how to knit with a kit from the experts at Boye
- Knitting tutorial kit includes instruction book, two pair of single-point knitting needles, knit tally, cable-stitch needles, stitch holders, tapestry yarn, needles, cabone rings, point protectors and knitting gauge
- Needlework kit features instructions for left-handers
- Knitting needles in size 6 and 8
- Cabone rings size 0.75-inch
- Kit measures 12.5 inches high x 9.25 inches wide x 0.75 inches deep
I love ME some Hobby Lobby !!!!

My First Project - Winter 2008
I fell in love last winter with yarn. I thought yarns, needles, and the likes was a hobby for well the more "mature woman" . I really didn't picture myself taking up the hobby of crocheting or knitting until I was much older and rocking on the porch with my dear husband. WRONG!!!
